My name is Justin Wecker, and I am the owner of JW Advisory LLC. Through my firm, I provide consulting services to clients as an independent contractor.


I am a strategic finance and accounting executive with expertise in designing effective strategies, driving profitability, and solving complex problems for corporations and private equity groups. As a multi-disciplinary professional, I bring extensive experience in accounting advisory, value creation strategy and enablement, performance improvement, transactions, and transformations. 


I am a focused, action-oriented, and enthusiastic leader who excels at building relationships. I am flexible, creative, and data-driven to deliver results. With over 20 years of progressive strategy and operational consulting experience, I have had the privilege of working for esteemed firms including EY and Deloitte. 


My consulting expertise is grounded in being an actively licensed CPA in the state of Colorado where I reside with my wife and two sons.
